		<description>I describe the pain as just being out of my reach like it's being a curtain. I can see the shadow of it but I can't make out the whole image, therefore I can't make it better. I can almost reach the curtain to pull it back and open it up to light but my fingers cramp, my mind is distracted by something else and the curtain is never pulled. 
Seasick on dry land is a really good analogy for knowing the pain but being just out of reach to touch it. Touch is essential, without it we do not heal.
